In my area it is common for landlords to pay for heat which promotes a lot of abuse with the system in that tenants keep the heat at unreasonably high temperatures and often open the windows in the dead of winter when it can be -20 out.

We had 2.2 months of inventory in August that is up from last years months of inventory of 1.4 months back in August 2023.We also have had a nice drop in mortgage rates the last several months so I am just hoping rates stay low and inventory increases even more so that we have a lot more real estate sales this winter

I may buy in the upper jungle/cloud forest and then keep renting where I am currently since prices are dirt cheap.
