Even they need monitored from time to time.As least you own and control the asset, can sell whenever you want and you won't get any capital calls other than your turnkey provider calling you to buy another one lolMuch success

Is the camera set up to point at their car (ie the tenant who owns the camera is using it to monitor their car) or to point at the other tenant's car?

I guess the owner would have to weight the cost vs benefit.

Even if I wasn't I would still suggest doing it yourself, great way to monitor the business.
