As you said, they show up, answer questions about the local market, provide useful data when needed, and just are a general value add to the forums.I think it's fair for consumers to take what an agent says about the market with a grain of salt, but over time, their reputation for giving good info without the smarm wins.

The spider web of trying to communicate with all 5 kids in a duplex + 10 parents is ripe with miscommunication, especially when 10 of them don't live at the property. 

If you know of a reputable foundation repair company @ $175 - $200 per pier, I would welcome receipt of the company name and contact information.

You can't find much on google, they must have paid someone to manage their reputation.

Have them blown out and truly winterized by a reputable company.

Not sure of their reputation, any insight or tips for navigating this process at all are apricated.  

In retrospect, some yellow flags found by the property manager during the tenant screening are now bright red flashing sirens, but the tenant showed decent credit, had a positive previous landlord reference, wrote a charming cover letter in his application, and applied through the referral of a reputable real estate agent.
