@Michele Wax interesting - I’ve always heard that here has to be an intent to use it as a primary residence for the first year, but haven’t really heard anything about the nitty-gritty of the loan.

@Villy Ellinger Simple repairs like replacing a ballast in a fluorescent light, replacing a thermocouple or heating element in a hot water tank, replacing the agitator dogs in a washer, replacing the heating element in an electric dryer, replacing the ignitor in a gas dryer, replacing a faulty breaker in a fuse panel, replacing the fill valve/flapper/wax seal in a toilet, replacing a garbage disposer, replacing a capacitor in a CH/A unit, etc.
