Allow me to explain: if pre-approval letter says you have to provide a triangle and you give a circle then the down payment could change.

Raleigh is the hot Market for any type of real estate buy and holds would benefit you anywhere near the research triangle park or RDU area in general!

As long as you have your power triangle in the kitchen you will be fine!

(Iron Triangle, North Richmond).I’ve had my eye on Vallejo for a while, but the commute is further, I still don’t think a lot of Vallejo residents use the ferry because it’s so expensive, and rent ratios seem to have continued to be higher in Richmond (I will add that it is closer to my home base which has a slight impact also – so I need Vallejo to be better than Richmond for me to switch).

Tell you what.. if it’s outside Iron Triangle or North Richmond, I will pay $100K all-in for each SFR in Richmond all day every day and you can keep the other $25K+!
