I bet the homeless guys that pan handle on all the corners around here would jump all over that for $5/sign

My favorite expression in cooking:  first you get the pan hot, then you put the meat in. 

Its all a calculated risk and understanding what you can and can't get away with in your own farm area.Lastly as for selling I did actually receive a few offers but unfortunately none of them ever panned out.

I'd buy a drop in pan if I could but it is 30x30 with a drain that isn't centered. 

I will echo @Robert T. in that cash flow is the first priority.

I'm in a similar situation, however I am a potential buyer and am having a hard time finding a lender to lend on the property...I'm interested in how this pans out.

Some ac handler units are Made to be installed horizontally, on their side, you can’t install one made to be vertical on its’s side.....the interior condensation pan/drain line configuration are designed differently.

I cut it with tin snips and a knife.
