I did have problems with the guy removing the limbs because he told me he would be there at 7:30 the next morning and I told him that would work but My Ford f150 truck was dead so I couldn't be there till 7:45 but once again he was calling me like I took his money and someone was trying to steal from him but my husband misheard what i told him to pay the guy and had to go back to the bank Atm but of course my husband actually went to his bank atm which was in the downtown Jackson area when he could have went to the one around the corner but he said the people were still getting the tree limbs when he came back and they received there $450.00 and my husband received the $15.00 in gas money he requested for doing this for me on his time and it was raining that day as well.

For that service to be 20 dollars less a month they use a phone tree that requires outsourcing to other countries to answer and sending them to an information web black hole to spend endless time finding what they are looking for.Then you have someone like me that makes up a very small percentage of the population in income and wealth.

In fact they do this all the time for tree trimming, etc.I have not raised their rent in the two years they have lived there and they intend to stay for a long time they said.

If you intend to hook it up it would be smart to make sure it is not blocked either by tree roots or crushed at some point underneath the lawn or someone poured cement down it or something like that.

I move cash from my checking account, that I don't need each month (your 130 dollars a week) into my taxable brokerage account, which is my "cookie jar", and then I buy a wisdom tree ETF ticker USFR which holds eight week US Treasury bills and currently pays 5.4%. and it re-adjusts much faster to interest rates than savings accounts or even money market accounts do.
