If it still cash-flows well with the added expense of the mortgage insurance then I'll still buy it, if not then I'd pass.You can mention someone by typing the @ symbol and then starting to type in the name of the person you are trying to mention.

@Renee Harrisyou need to use the "At" symbol and question mark, once you do that, you can choose from the list of name which appears at the bottom of the "post reply" box.it should look like this :"@?"
