Kim,If it's single pane(s) that need to be replaced, any of the local glass companies will send a crew out to measure and replace.

With this panel I use a  Z-Wave deadbolt and  thermostat, both of which I am able to run from the panel which runs on Wifi OR Cell Service which is a plus in rural areas or places were wifi drops or is unavailable.

Both roofs done in the past 3 years and new double pane windows throughout.Obviously (if I make an offer) I will do my due diligence and get many inspections.

Since you are taking off the siding and trim you might as well replace those old horrible aluminum single pane windows and also the slider is rocking in its tracks.
