He then started on the attic framing, truck issues sprinkled with these financial difficulties sent him off looking for other sources of income. 

But I would want him to keep the saw dust swept up to prevent a fire hazard.

Another possibility is the powder "carpet fresh" stuff that people sprinkle on and the vacuum up.

Look for straight ridge at roof, straight level floors, no piles of “sawdust” or wings from termites.

I am mainly in B areas with a few A areas sprinkled in.

There are some good ones usually sprinkled in occasionally.As a principal broker those of us have to decide what we want to be doing in life and for me it's not managing a bunch of agents.

I also sprinkle in more conservative real estate investments as well to stay diversified within real estate.
