I welcome my tenants with a Walmart bag full of goodies on the counter to greet them usually consisting of ; a pack of Newport’s ,a bottle of mad dog ,some mouse traps ,flea and roach spray also a book entitled “how to pay your rent on time “

Just make sure to intermittently spray the bit with some wd40 so you don’t overheat and destroy the bit.

I just had a local pest company come out check/ spray/ and confirm it is clear of any. 

1) spray the entire building not just his2) why are you replacing the windows at his request?  

I noticed the mold about 2 months ago and sprayed Concrobium on the drywall ceiling, it seemed to kill the mold. 

I think pms are moving towards requiring tenants to provide receipts that a professional cleaning was done, carpet cleaning if carpet and flea spray if pets.

The machine sprays drywall mud on the wall.  

Spray the carpet , walls etc . ( stay away from metal and electrical )    or get in and remove carpet 

I viewed the washrooms from the hall and sprayed myself down with Lysol afterwards. 

Fear does not keep me from buying a can of spray paint and running up and down a neighborhood toward the end of a rehab covering up gang graffiti.
