Bethany was sleepy & quiet place.

It is a happening place in the nicer months but really becomes a sleepy town in the winter.

I don’t know why someone working up the equity chain would want sleepy money for 10-15 or longer years…

I own a house in a somewhat sleepy beach town in Florida, so this might not be entirely applicable, but I'll list my tips and lessons learned.

If they bought the property through an anonymous LLC and managed it through a paid management company, they would have very little liability, however when you self manage as most owners here do, anonymity just won't work.Sorry I must break for sleep.  I

It's a pretty small, sleepy community.

I think generally it's in a sleepy, nice little rural town.

I'm looking at multi-families, hopefully foreclosures, in the Peekskill, Ossining, Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown, and Croton-on-Hudson areas, possibly expanding the search to elsewhere in Westchester or up into Beacon (need to stay near MetroNorth).

A sleepy beach hamlet like Melbourne Beach near Kennedy Space Center is going to be different than the beach community of Key West.
