@Diana Teng isn't it interesting how all of the folks telling you how simple and easy it is are real estate agents and PMs?

The example does actually reflect my situation but I tried to keep it as simple as possible.

I would spend some time working on the formatting to make it as simple as possible to understand for a banker or buyer.
