The answer is relatively simple, it's landlord fatigue.

BP is not a great place to air out is this coach good or that program good.. as you stated 90% of the people on here are single minded they relate everything to owning a cash flow home and everything else is just gambling or guru speak or whatever..

A second problem related to “over leverage” is a lack of contingency funds.  

For investors, this makes this winter a great time to acquire your next deal.To be clear, any correction, in my opinion, will not be related to an economic slowdown, but rather the opposite.
