Hi Ryan, like @Nathan Gesner mentioned, it's important to be selective when choosing people to partner with. 

Because you already invested and presumably can't get out, your brain will automatically be selective and tend to trust the positive information and ignore bad information.

You should pay them an hourly rate for all of this.After all, there’s no guarantee that you will even end up buying a property or selecting them as your cohost.

I don't know why he won't answer this simple question.Tyler's original post from last year says it was $9,000 in rehab on the property he selected.
