By resources I would be saying capital, contacts, soft skills, credibility, all of the things that help grow your business and start building a positive reputation. 

You have to stay on top of them as there are plenty of poor property management companies fewer reputable ones.

So that's who cares, anyone and everyone who has any stake of any size in BP and the content we have lent to BP, our reputations.

My guess is the 10% mark up because that's far less than any reputable GC will charge for their services. 

Wow I personally have never heard of a reputable lender HML not requiring title insurance. does that really happen out there in the wild ???
