Lease expire in 5 yrs but I don’t see a renewal option offered to the MSO group.They bought this place 2 yrs ago.

Insurance is getting more and more expensive with renewals doubling or even tripling in some cases.Insurance companies will issue notices to quit if they see stains on your roof from google earth. 

When the leases were up, I didn't renew and put non-section 8 tenants in.

WHY are not renewing your current lease, other than the lease is up?

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

I will definitely not renew the lease, the lease renewal is in March.

If their behavior gets bad enough, we will non-renew them at lease-end. 

Can I provide notice soon to not intend to renew a lease (no cause) of the section 8 tenant--this is a 12 month lease that ends 10/31/24.
