Hello, I’m looking for some information on Investors that might be interested in purchasing a mobile home.

Purchase price: $125,000 Cash invested: $120,000 First try at turning a single family home into a duplex while going through the permit process for the first time.

I’m in Ohio, so I can purchase a property with $40k cash out, invest $10k in repairs, and rent for a couple hundred above the monthly operating costs.
