Hello Dylan,Just FYI, I am new too, and in reading the posts and perusing bookstores, I discovered that you can go onto the Amazon site, and specify the title or author, and many times you will be given the chance to buy used copies of the books you want, rather than pay the new copy price.

I am also in BK and sounds like I am in a similar situation: not sure of which niche to peruse and looking outside the market I currently live in.

In my extensive perusing of the local mls, where I'm always checking out other homes that are for sale now or have already sold, I'm always looking out for other flips and I've only seen two so far that have attempted to do anything like this.

In my eyes that would raise the credibility of the site and of each sponsor immeasurably.I will continue to peruse your deals frequently and look forward to investing.BTW, do you email when a new deal is posted or do I need to keep checking?
