3) How well prepped was your property?

I’m as healthy as ever, and I make sure the journey doesn’t come at the expense of my well-being or relationships.If ultra-wealth is the goal, I think the true joy lies in looking back and appreciating the progress we’ve made along the way.

Since this is a post about our loan shop, I'll highlight that we are a small loan shop (30 employees), family-owned just trying to get more clients by placing their loans well and treating customers well.

if you buy a random property in a neighborhood you've never been to and turn it over to people you don't know you'll just lose money.not trying to be negative, trying to protect you and your hard earned cash.

Three and four units properties tend to be slightly more investor facing, but there are still a lot of regular buyers that pick up three and four units as well.

People want to be on the water not near it.
