/Tx's.)with respect to rent, they are going for similarly sized homes between $1200 and $1500...I think $1250 is reasonable for this one.the Balance owed is about $132k, and the value is between $160k and $175k.When I mentioned a POA, that was the first time i saw him pause...so, i need to tread lightly and bring him along on that with caution. 

Even though we might be able to find an insurance company that doesn't require lead testing, this is giving us pause and wonder whether we should go through with this or drop?

It would give me pause about the condition, the tenant pool or the actual expenses.  

I should pause at this point to mention that I’ve received no email or notification from quickbooks that the payment didn’t go through or that it was reversed – I just happened to notice a matching withdrawal on my bank account.

Certainly an OK place to start but judicially the judge can look to the intent of what was done improperly and still uphold the instrument is enforceable.I would pause there and look to the intent of the action.

Flipped the one house and had to move into my rental and at 20 yrs old I couldn't find any financing anywhere so My investor career was put on Pause as was the same for a lot of people around me.

But I think the smart thing is to pause.

Seeing this in print really made me take a moment to pause and reflect on my career.
