If you're going to be driving the car and your investors are passengers with no control then you're selling securities; period.Don covered the salient points above and hopefully scared you sufficiently to seek the counsel of a securities attorney instead of relying on advice from people on message boards.  

Launched a landscaping rock (pebble, really) right through the passenger window of my VW.  

Nothing too major surprisingly, but the driver and passenger fled the scene and were later caught.

Just experiencing this first hand(or second hand being the passenger) proves it's worth. 

When JUST "investing" in shares of a company, we are just passengers along for the ride that company gives, however good or bad.     

That would be sweet to have the 30 min passenger ferry back, I'm going to hope for the best.  

Unless someone has a sweet accounting gig in the commercial passenger airline industry, this is my choice for now.I'll welcome more advice and recommendations as I always keep an open mind to possibilities.
