So let their realtor do the hand holding and you go about doing whatever it is that you do..... and be done w/ it.Seeing as it's a 119k house, the ED probably not going to do a lot for you and the hassle of having to redo everything if they walk likely outweighs the hour or so they get to do a walk through.

When the next recession comes (they historically happen every 5-10 years and the last one was '08),  I'm not confident that the population growth will outweigh other negative macroeconomic factors...I strongly doubt we will see anything like the '07 crash, particularly because of the affordable housing shortage, labor shortage, lending reforms, and all the positive migration, but that doesn't mean we won't see a pullback.

The damage done to roof with mounting and other insurance issues usually outweighs any positives.Sounds like they have a company exec or hired contractor to call on possible sites and see who they can get cheap rent from.
