CA law: Need lawyerly advice on neighbors accessing my property
23 June 2016 | 62 replies
you absolutely do not need a lawyer in this case.. read your title insurance policy. see if there are any easements that the neighbors have through you property if they have none .. then if its bugging you put locks on the gates... you can survey if you wish as the gates may not be on your property.. but when I run into these situations on small acreages I am developing into home tracks.. we have to survey of course.. and if neighbors make a fuss I make them prove me wrong. let them spend the money surveying you just put your locks on them or build a chain link or whatever kind of fence in the hole were the gate is..
