I am new to REI and hence would be very nervous to invest out of state. 

The thing that makes me nervous about a one-time fee is that I'm looking to build a relationship with a CPA for life.  

I've been seeing a few properties on the site but a bit nervous to pull the trigger.

I have had an interest in rental properties for quite some time, but I am nervous and still feel unprepared to own/manage being a high quality landlord.

So were a bit nervous switching the game plan.

I'm still a little nervous about moving outside of my local market but it's a goal!

My parents will be selling there home soon and I've thought about buying it since it's my childhood home but I'm nervous about collecting rents etc.

This makes me nervous...I like the idea of getting a hard deposit but so much can happen in a year and what will happen if the buyer does not perform? 

He bought his first property near the end of 2023, and seeing how easy he made it look got me motivated, and inspired to get into real estate investing I am nervous and scared since this is a big risk but I also know it's more of a risk doing nothing and missing out on opportunities.
