I don't personally have any experience in wholesaling but i've read online that pro wholesalers put fellow investors, and other people who might be interested in buying, on their speed dial, metaphorically, so as to sell properties with maximum speed.

I find motivational books useful in two circumstances:1) Late at night when I've finished reading all the websites I've bookmarked (the right book gives me a good jazz-up for the next day); and,2) After a long day receiving "No's" and other disappointments from the real world of REI (the right book helps me forget just how hard REI can be).And yeah, I'm a total sucker for a new book in a pretty skirt (to badly mix metaphors).....
