Future part time real estate investor from Houston, Tx

Hey everybody,

I recently graduated from Texas A&M in May and landed a solid engineering job in the oil field shortly after. I have always loved the idea of investing in real estate and would like to try and accrue as much knowledge and capital as possible in the next few years.

That being said, what are the top real estate books out there? I am a firm believer in absorbing as much information as possible before making any hasty decisions/moves. I know there's a lot of bad information out there, so please help me sift through it all.

Thanks and I'll see yall in the forums!
