I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit scared to start on this journey, but I am a businessman, and this fear is what drives me.  

I have noticed you have discussed 3 & 4 plexes, which are valued differently.Usually when I see a property, They don't put the income on the MLS, but when I find out the income, I also receive a list of expenses, NOI, and sometimes total annual owner expenses.Naturally they could be lying about the expenses, which I will find out about when they supply the tax return documents on the property.I do realize that the property expenses could be held down because they are not taking care of it.

This is important to know but can be lied about very easily.How many loans have you closed in this month?

The results will be lies you will end up paying for on steroids later, and later, and later, and...

It's not the way I would want to operate my business and it seems like it would cause an undue amount of stress to always be lying to everyone and trying to cover everything up.

I've denied applicants a few times by tracking down the real landlord who just so happens to be in the process of evicting them.  80% of your applicants will be lying somewhere on the application.Good luck and keep us posted on how you're doing.  

I would be lying if I said, I didn't like money because it does give you some happiness when you can buy real estate, go on nice vacations, eat at nice restaurants, shop at nice places and not worry about bills.

There so much to learn and i'll be lying if i said frustration isn't settling in.
