With all these people jumping in, the problem gets larger by unscrupulous individuals who start selling, and up-selling, so called "Real Estate Training Courses." 

I really think that the biggest pros and cons depends on YOUR goalsI self manage my properties with the help of a VA and I like that I can be hands off now that my VA is trained.

@Hunter Johnston Student rentals can go fairly well if you train them correctly.

My train of thought too just a new situation for me.

They have training live webinars 2 in the afternoon that they want you to be on, they have training every weekday evening.

His story was, he failed in business 2 times and figured it out on the 3rd go around. 3billion later i got to take a picture with him.Since then I havent went to another training, course or weekend event. only working to unpack the information that I picked up to be useful so definitely no argument there.
