I have been listening to the podcasts and reading some of the books and am excited to finally feel comfortable enough in my vision to post here. 

Also, check out his podcast...one of the few I have continued to listen to over the years and stays current with good content.

I had to tell their plummer how to fix my shower he didn't fully listen to me so about 3-6 months later the problem returned.
