Can anyone recommend some good books that discuss organizational leadership and how to properly run/establish business operations. 

Not generic BS advice being peddled by the average paid mentorship program - "develop a thought leadership platform" (yes, but how?)

John C Maxwell for leadership and motivation Dave Ramsey for personal finance Psychology of the deal by Tim Owensby for marketing Library for negotiations(many good authors) Good to Great by Jim Collins for Strategy and Motivation On Bullsh*it by Harry Frankfurt for levity library for time management(many good authors) library for Copywriting for marketing and advertising(many good authors) Landlording by Leigh Robinson 36 hour real estate investing course by Jack Cummings The list for real estate stuff is almost endless.

He is also loyal to those who appreciate all he has to offer that a price isnt put on, such as problem solving skills, knowledge of proper material selection for any given applications, jobsite oversight and leadership, conflict resolution, layout and design advise, etc.

Introduce yourself to the leadership of the orgs.

My background is in leadership and management.

I am currently a nurse and have held various leadership positions in the past.

Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Irvine just to name a few.It was hard not to make money in RE back in those days.But then there was also the Aerospace (Moon Landing) recession in ''69, the Arab Oil Embargo of '73 & '79, the Jimmy Carter days of 18-24% mortgage interest rate driven inflationary spiral that tanked the RE industry and the economy in the late 70's and early 80's until we finally got some solid leadership and literally  rescued by Reaganomics in the best economic cycle we've had since the post WWII days.

Something I’ll take away from this thread is the need to educate and re-educated SMs within my sphere of influence and advise leadership to do the same.

Also looking for a mentor to assist and willing to offer my hard work ethic and leadership skills I Have learned from my 6 and half years in the navy thus far.
