I am partnering with with other people who want to invest in real estate and they have money but they don't have the time, experience, or knowledge of how to invest in real estate in a way that makes a lot of money quickly.

Most likely one of two issues. (1) You don't have an investment grade deal; or (2) you don't have the relationships yet to assign a contract.

I flipped two my first year and made a great profit $70,000+(2021), I had zero land deals the next year (2022) I had two deals fall thru,  but used my knowledge and resources to get my family into a bigger/newer house ( using subject-to financing), sell my old house and payoff the sub-to mortgage and make $20,000 on top.  

Given your comments "A rent increase of almost 40% is unconscionable" and "Also, SCI paid more than what this park is worth" I am forced to conclude that you have inside knowledge of the parks financial operations.

Some are led by seasoned investors with a wealth of knowledge, while others may be run by people with minimal experience.

Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..). 

I also self-manage my portfolio, but I also live here and have the time/knowledge/resources to do so.
