Lauren Lauren, there are hundreds of syndications (and crowdfunding deals which are essentially the same as syndications but are available on the Internet) available each year.

I run multiple properties in B or C area and I maintain super host status every quarter.

I have not been able to find any in person networking events in my area doing a basic internet search.

During the entirety of 2021, I hosted monthly meetups in Fairview Heights, IL (just outsde of Belleville) that brought in real estate investors from the metro east.

Like mentioned it's also beneficial to keep up to date with what's happening in the area your STR is located, and make sure the decision makers are aware of hosts and what they bring to the community.

I ASSUME you’re talking $400+ in extra expenses for providing water, power, sewer, gas, internet, communal area cleaning, and exterior maintenance.

It is expected to propose text and regulation in October and host a special planning board meeting October 28th to review with the planning board. 

Also I am highly suspect of a company that would use an endorsement on their hope page of the controversial author Regina Jackson, whose claim to fame is hosting expensive workshops and writing books that claim all white people are racists. 

The property feels like you are in the jungle yet is on a paved road with high speed fiber optic internet and within walking distance of great restaurants that are owned and operated by entrepreneurs from around the world.

I always remember that rockstars know rockstars, so find someone who is a mover and shaker - likely a meetup host - and then ask them who they know.The people doing 100 flips are super busy, so I've also found the best person to find is someone who is a step or two ahead of me...so maybe for you, that is someone doing 2-3 flips a year.
