I just moved to Las Vegas from Virginia where I worked for a National Intelligence Agency in the Northern VA Region.

Only 1% of 1% are intelligent enough not to have a ton of zeroes in their offer.

None of this is a done deal, but it has potential to be a rare opportunity for RE investors that exercise diligence and intelligence.

I got a query from a new company called REX, a startup that says it only charges a 2 percent total commission fee because it cuts out the middle man by using artificial intelligence and other high tech to identify and market to the type of buyers interested in my property.

Any intelligence on that?

The financial intelligence of the average American is so poor. 

I can personally attest to the level of intelligence of some inmates, who if would have applied that intelligence in a different manner would have been largely successful. 

There are normally intelligent software that exists for what you want, both large and small.

prices now are almost at the same level than 2005 2006, lenders guidelines already started to be easier, a lot of people wants to flip a house like TV shows,  it is time to be intelligent and invest for cash flow, if the numbers make sense let's do it, if not leave the deal to others 

I'm planning to call the County office to get more details next week but wanted to tap on to the infinite intelligence (those who read Napoleon Hill, you know what I'm talking about) here at BP.I will really appreciate your response.Regards,MV
