Appraisers are human too and I've found they do appreciate having key information readily available if/when they need it.

Are any of the renters problem renters, such as drug dealers, or super annoying renters such as someone who plays loud music at full blast all day long - or hangs out Windows screaming at the neighbors - to the annoyance of the other renters you have.

They’d rather stay where they’re comfortable and that’s pretty normal for human nature.

I think those rules have been in place for a long time.U need to be a broker/dealer and or i have seen RIA do this I think legally. but you do need some sort of license to raise money .. or you need to be principal or an employee

I just know that most federally subsidized loan programs lend to people (humans), not partnerships, LLCs, or corporations. 

In 1984 pyschologists Daniel Kahneman & Amos Tsversky showed how humans tend toward irrational risk-seeking when facing an expected loss -- a loss like holding cash (equivalents) during inflation.  

Many know local dealers and I'd much rather buy from them whenever possible.
