Hi,After building up to 23 apartments in 3 years and seeing the recent spike in prices in bay area in MFH, I am trying to increase my knowledge in agri as an alternative long term investment, in addition to still finding the needle in the hay stack called a good value in MFH.

Some owners ditch properties that they can't sell at tax sale, dumping them on an unsuspecting buyer, who has no recourse.It can be good, but it is work and it is like looking for a needle in the haystack.

Two ideas, but hopefully this is sold by now:1) This might be like finding a needle in a haystack, but what if you partnered with a GC who will fund the rehab in exchange for splitting the profits?  

As for looking for in the public records it would be looking for a needle ina haystack.

The property mentioned above I thought was a good deal at a 15% lower price but the client had despaired of searching the haystack for a needle.

Throw in coastal and it is a needle in 100 hay stacks.

Wouldn't it be like finding a needle in a haystack?

The people who are experts in all aspects of the field agree that it can be done, but it is like looking for a needle in the hay stack.

There are needles amongst the haystack though.
