Or maybe I am avoiding the inevitable and I just gotta raise capital and someone needs to tell me that but I just can’t come to grips with that yet.

I feel like I am going a good grip on what the final product should look like in the metrics side of things but seem to be having an issue with finding a good market for long distance investing.So my questions are...How do you all go about finding the market that works for you?

I have actually gone more to the "grip strip" stuff they sell because it lays down faster and is easier to repair if necessary.
