I looked at the contract and told him well there is no EM and in Oregon that contract is voidable... but then he gets a nasty gram from attorney pressing to close.I have not researched it past that... other than when I looked at it from the 100 foot view point it did not appear IN  requires EM as part of a contract.

I'm going to put a watermark from now on.Taking address off the listing can reduce response rates...well according to postlets it said "Not showing a listing address lowers response rates by 50%"  Sucks, but probably price I have to pay.We're exchanging emails with the scammer and this is what he said "Aww thats sweet well i have prayed over this and i believe God brought us together for greatness, so are you closer to either a western union or a money gram?"

But Nevada for sure will nail you.. they tired to nail me. .and I just talked about doing a loan on BP and got a nasty gram.. either someone on BP turned me in or they are monitoring it..

Kitchen install will be sub'd out to an all-in specialist.Progress photo updates of the interior paint shown below - The wall gray was a lot lighter than I wanted but I had to make some sacrifices to keep the contractor moving - my first choice was backordered a couple of weeks.ALSO - I'm looking into painting the exterior and possibly adding some trim to pop like the below - I would leave the brick as-is (just power wash it to remove flood related grime).

Do you know for sure if it was a grow house, possession with intent to sell could have been a charge trumped by a over zealous cop, such as in the potential tenant having it in multiple small baggies, possibly having a gram scale, etc.

The house comes some unwanted extras - tenants who do not pay and live in what I consider nasty conditions (linoleum floors ripped, dirt, grime, dank air).
