@Faith Burton I wish I could get a better look but from what I can tell the can got shook up, that traps bubbles in the varathane and they stay once applied if the can isn’t gently stirred to release them.

Which makes it even more twisted since in some places the landlord can be held liable if there is criminal activity associated with their property and they do not take proactive steps to prevent it.If the laws are as you describe, why isn't every bloody business owner with a retail location not "subject to arrest" for having audio/video surveillance in their stores?

Turns out the water had been turned on at 10am today, and from that time until 4pm when the seller walked in and noticed, the toilet upstairs had been gently burbling over the top of the tank, running down to the floor, and finding its way into the basement.

I'm not trying to twist your arm or anything, but high quality properties are not the PM headache that a lot of people cry about.2) Generally, I would say somewhere in a range of 10-20% of your investment capital should be held as a cash reserve.
