That annual maintenance that's being discussed is usually a mandatory thing (to keep warranty in place) and must be performed by a licensed Contr/Installer....I would always default to a good ole tanked gas WH (or electric if gas is not available on property) Yup, I run a low draw recirc pump, expansion tank and sweat in a line for the pop off to a safe place.

It has a growing population, 3.63% Job Growth Year over year, 2nd in the state to Nashville in Price growth YOY, Minor League Baseball team is coming back, lots of new jobs to come in, 110 million dollar Airport expansion which will allow more direct flights to Knoxville, Neighborhoods in Knoxville experiencing gentrification, and best of all the houses still cash flow with all the upside.

Looking at initial quotes for this expansion while utilizing the same renovation refinance loan I discussed above, the potential negative cash flow will shrink from 2000.00 a month to 1200.00-1600.00 a month, which is not much of an improvement.
