I'm and English Expat living in Chicago, and looking for BRRRR properties in the midwest.

Some primary areas I'm interested in:-Thoughts on Section 8 multi-family-Investors interested in areas surrounding Mercedes-Benz dome (English Avenue, Vine City...AKA The Bluff)-Target financials-New constructions vs. fix up vs. as-is-Syndications/fundraising/private money/loans/etc.

And becoming a "Premier" listing on VRBO with 5-star reviews etc.

We just got a HELOC on our primary residence to use to buy our first rental, and the math of how that gets paid back and how we get more money for the second deal, etc, is still a little cloudy for me (I thought that being an English major meant I would never have to do math in my life, oh well. ) What you said makes sense to me.

Just want to add another bad comment on ABC Capital Realty, also as sister company Premier Rental is an aweful company.

One of the people doesn't speak English well, and sometimes he doesn't fill out the checks correctly.

In plain English, “with the will annexed” or in even plainer terms, something added to the will.

We have plenty of poor rating schools here where the students can not even write proper English.  

Sadly in most of south america were I am from (venezuela) you are expected to help family you know take care of your parents when they are old (thing Inagree with) but when they actually need not when they are rellatevely young (50-60) and still are able to work.But again the problem is that my father hasnt been able to find a job, my mother doesn not know english and her health condition doesnt help right know.
