I've looked up the company and found a lot of compliance.

Personally I think this is where a lot of sale lease back programs fail the seller.

But I have seen a lot of appreciation in rents and property values in areas on the westside by the lakeshore and over by Metro hospital. 

I think they meet in person, but not sure it may be on zoom - they are not members of MAREI, so I don't have all the info - they do post their meeting on Meetup.And there are a lot of virtual meetings, plus MAREI events on our calendar.

You are correct that there is a lot of variability in prices.  

I have a lot in a nice community in Gouldsborough that I have not been able to sell.

Keep in mind we are a "Mega PM", big staff big unit count, so it's a lot different then the Ma & Pa, but the principles can apply.

Hi Preet - Great questions and I'm sure there are some folks that may be able to provide some more concrete yes or no answers but my sense is that you may not be able to realize a lot of tax benefits if the value of the thing you are describing isn't very high.
