You find deals through connections with people, if it's already listed or on the internet, that means it's in the public domain, you have to get lucky to get a deal if it's presented to the whole world.Take your advertising dollars buying a few lunches with Realtors, closing agent/title folks, an appraiser, loan officer and mortgage brokers.

And good point, consideration isn't going to be that ten dollars or some abstract consideration but equitable consideration to the value of the restriction required.A big issue in RE is anything that can be dreamed up as a strategy is anchored in common knowledge or knowledge in the public domain that can't be limited by such agreements.
