Re-using entitlement Once a Veteran uses his or her entitlement, it cannot be reused until 1) Original loan is paid in full. 2) The VA is notified of the fact that it has been paid off by the original lender. 3) The house is disposed of (No longer owned by Veteran) Closing Costs: Seller may pay any and or all closing costs, including the loan origination fee up to 4%. 

Also, lots of yard debris that should have been swept up and disposed of. 

$10,000 a month is quite a lot of disposable money. 

Is this a sound strategy if I have the disposable income to cover vacancy periods & repairs? 

The cigarette butt disposal and smoking are detailed in the lease as well.

Many have grown accustomed to having a completely free showing/screening/leasing service at their disposal and still value using Brokerages at which point many are willing to pay half the fee or the entire fee to get the apartment rented.

Electronics are (unfortunately) just incredibly disposable and easy to upgrade.  

No work needed.Unit #2:Needs some minor repairs - estimates cost is about $1000 to replace a bathroom vanity, hand a curtain, and fix the garbage disposal.

Especially with all of the technology that we have at our disposal these days.  

Is it recommended that I also have a disposal installed?
