How do you guys find HOA board members information?
I have mailers that go out with information about handy mans etc and I wanted to know if people used a website or title etc?
Any help is appreciated.

Patrick:This is my first post on this site, but let me warn you that as an HOA Manager and a Real Estate Investor, Condo's require more research than single family homes.I have seen investors lose a large amount of money in Condo's because they did not research the HOA's finances, condition of the HOA, and the HOA's Board of Directors!

So, no, institutional types don't have all the tools a local broker may have.Flexibility of an indivisual dealer to do a deal is not up to the board of directors, it doesn't need corporate approval, it isn't under time constraints of the assembly line process, marketing constraints or investor demands.
