The biggest mistake I see people make is what I call thinking 2 dimensionally instead of 4 dimenstionally. 2 dimensionally = Focused on here and now, how asset is and performs at this exact moment in time4 dimensionally = Focused on how the asset performs over time.

When someone gets a lot of money without the right mentality to really make it worth for them, the results are very often extremely ugly.I'd really rather be homeless and broke and still have a strong relationship with my wife and the respect of my family than be an isolated millionaire.I'll say one thing, you are most definitely a man of extremes and of one dimensional thinking.

For a few dollars more a bundle, you can get a dimensional laminate shingle which is basically two shingles laminated together that gives it a dimensional look and a 50 year shingle warranty.
