after tons of calls and meetings, i did find a few banks that are slightly interested..they want to wait for my 2010 taxes to be done before they make a decision (last year was a big year for me so i understand why)....in the meantime, i'm continuing to cultivate the relationship i have with my other bank.i just dumped some money into a savings account and a CD....the interest sucks, but hopefully he'll keep lending me money if i put money into his bank
