I am impressed this conversation is still going.  

At a minimum, having viable plans in place for development will make these lots more marketable and valuable to potential builders when we have conversations. 

But I got paid maybe 50 days after we had our first conversation and I probably juggled a few headaches for you to make the process as smooth as possible along the way.

Hey Everyone,I had a good conversation with Pete Reese last week about him and his land flipping deals.

Some were purchased specifically to be MTRs & others were conversions when it made sense.  

(I’m also in the UP) I know when I started, (and I’m still very new), I just went and sat down with several realtors, just chatted with them and just through conversation found one I liked a lot.

The land is currently owned by my cousin so the conversation to purchase will need to be dealt with care.  

I am curious what you provided to the lender and how did you start the conversation?
