There are embedded cash flow projection functionalities with QuickBooks, but you can always export to spreadsheets to accommodate  your specific preferences.

We ultimately switched to Buildium as it was more comprehensive and had a large number of integrations with 3rd parties.

I am unsure what case law there may be regarding STRs with regards to "public accommodations" versus a typical rental arrangement.

Look at a harder type of removal… not sure what that would look like but I’m sure would require an attorney - but suspect I may have some options given I live on the property and I’m uncomfortable with house guests + other issuesI take ownership for some of this because I let a few items slip trying to be accommodating.

We have installed a permitted tiny house on the land, water meter. electric meter (that can accommodate a large house), and a 5 bedroom septic.

But it's also about efficient accounting, and maximum tax advantage both on the operation and the sale of assets.One thing I've always seen is that many times it's easy to fall in love with a comprehensive strategy and set it up only to find that it really doesn't work when your parameters change. 

If the cost is out of line, I would try to reach an “accommodation” with the tenant.  

However, I always caution that, if you are using the LLC as cover for being negligent in providing safe accommodations, it will not protect you.
