I personally hate the circular keypad design.

I have a full basement, his house has a very small basement with a rounded, almost circular shape. maybe 6x10 at its widest points?

This fictitious definition of words leads to circular logic that no longer makes any sense and is mental drivel.  

Then the structural engineering, any requirements such as solar, fire sprinklers, that is required  per code, and possibly  earthquake standards, (depending on location), and all the sudden that circular tiny home is a million dollar project.  

@Alissa Luthe Alissa, don't be discouraged, but "best" just opens up circular-loop semantic arguments.
